Berlin has so far been a great place to come up with ideas, shoot films, and hatch schemes!

Important news is, I’ve finally started to get some of my films up on Vimeo, after they got blocked by google on youtube. Inadvertently I’ve now become a Vimeo elitist, just like everyone else.

More to come soon, and hopefully some of the work I’ve been doing here in Berlin.

Japan was a success! We’re currently at work organizing the photos and working them into our project. Hopefully we’ll be showing them soon.

In the meantime, this spring I’ll be moving temporarily to Berlin. Between the Hokkaido project and other projects and ideas I’ll be working on over there, it’s already looking like a productive 2013. So keep your pies eeled!

This February, thanks to a grant from HP France, I’ll be traveling around Hokkaido, the north island of Japan, working on photographs for a book I’m planning to do with Urara Muramatsu. I’m looking forward to sharing some images but, since we’re shooting mostly film, the real stuff will have to wait till we’re back in New York. In the meantime, you can follow me on twitter as @clemenspoole.
